RELEASE – Harry Corrow Freedom Run
I hereby give my consent and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless IROC, Inc. and the City of Newport, including their staff, representatives, agents, board members, and elected representative
from any claim arising out of injury to me as a participant in the Harry Corrow Freedom Run. I also hold the above harmless from any claim arising out of injuries or conditions caused by or
aggravated during the event or by my refusal to obtain medical treatment based upon religious philosophical beliefs or otherwise. I acknowledge that Indoor Recreation of Orleans County and
the Newport Recreation Department may compile addresses and mailing labels and may utilize photographs and videos of me and other participants and consent to such uses; I hereby waive all rights
to compensation.
