Save the Dandelions
Some see Dandelions as pesky weeds that need to be killed with herbicides. We see things a little differently. After a long and white winter and a muddy brown early spring, we see dandelions right up there with the daffodils -- golden and impatient trumpets announcing that summer is almost here.
We now know that some of the herbicides used to rid lawns of these wonderful flowers are linked to non-hodgkins lymphoma. The dandelion photo on our home page was generously provided to us by the web site, Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma Cyberfamily.
